Morphett Vale East Primary School has been selected to be part of a project to implement the school-wide Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL)<\/strong> framework.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n What is Positive Behaviour for Learning?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n PBL<\/strong> is an evidence-based framework that supports equity and improved learning outcomes for students.<\/span><\/p>\n The PBL<\/strong> framework has been implemented in schools across Australia and the United States for more than 20 years.<\/span><\/p>\n The PBL<\/strong> framework brings together the whole-school community to contribute to developing a positive, safe and supportive learning culture.<\/span><\/p>\n Our school will:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n The PBL framework<\/strong> helps schools teach behaviour and social skills, and respond to behaviours of concern consistently and support students by teaching them what to do instead.<\/span><\/p>\n The PBL framework<\/strong> and resources will consider the needs of neurodiverse learners when implementing the PBL practices and any adjustments that might be required for individuals.<\/span><\/p>\n We will seek input from parents\/carers, students and community about what expectations are important to help all children learn and thrive.<\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Morphett Vale East Primary School has been selected to be part of a project to implement the school-wide Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) framework.
