Mornings at MVES
Breakfast club
Our daily breakfast club runs each morning from 8.15am-8.40am in the drama room. Staff and volunteers manage the club and it provides a calm social space for students to meet in the mornings. Cereal, toast, eggs are available most days as well as the occasional pancake morning.

Wednesday lunchtimes we have a group band rehearsal for students who are aspiring musicians. All students are welcome so if you like tap a beat, play a key or belt out a note come along and have a go!
Our Student Leadership Team are involved in designing, planning and running lunchtime activities at various times throughout the year. These range from team games such as basketball and football to small group activities such as art and craft as well as clubs that focus on what is popular at the time. In addition to that, we have lunchtime Band practise and bike riding tour through the creek for our older students.

pastoral care worker
My name is Tanya and I am your Pastoral Care Worker.
I have a passion for dance and uplifting young people by engaging in conversations and looking out for their wellbeing. While I don’t live in the area, I’m excited to learn more about the area and gain a deeper connection to the community.
Other activities I enjoy are playing with my dog, grabbing a coffee with friends and being amongst nature and the beach. Thank you for warmly welcoming me into your community.
